Bacolor, Pampanga

Bacolor is a 4th class municipality in the province of Pampanga, Philippines. During the Philippine Revolution against Spain, then President Emilio Aguinaldo declared it the capital of the Philippines. It only became capital for at least two months, when it was stripped of the title, being given to nearby San Fernando City. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 16,147 people in 3,029 households.
