Back, Outer Hebrides

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The road through Back (Scottish Gaelic: Am Bac) commences at a road junction in Newmarket, north of Stornoway. It is a little touristed part of the Hebrides despite having some of the best beaches in Lewis. Also along the Back road, is the famed Coll Pottery (Fear an Eich) - open to the public and also the cairn at Gress.
