Bačkov (Hungarian: Bacskó) is a village and municipality in the Trebišov District in the Košice Region of eastern Slovakia.

The village lies at an altitude of 198 metres and covers an area of 27.675 km². It has a population of about 608 people.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1320 as Bacskov duo (1321 Bachkow, 1323 Buchka, 1332 Bachka) as Purustyan Castle family’s property. Afterwards it belonged to the Bačkov Castle, which in turn was the property of the Mikó family since the 14th century, the Rákóczy family and Stephen Bocskay. In 1688 the Bačkov Castle was destroyed by the Austrian army.
