Baard Eivind Dahl is a product designer born April 15, 1983 in Oslo, Norway.

Dahl is most known for making the award-winning concrete concept "støp din identitet" (English "find your identity")[1][2] for the commercial furniture market. He formed the company newYOU[3] concrete design studio with his associates Kyrre M. Kalseth and Greger Lund. He has also worked with newYOU concrete design studio on a school in Lilland, Evenes, Northern Norway. Dahl is also the current 2005 Norwegian champion[4] in ice and snow sculpturing along with good friend Arild M. Kalseth.

Dahl currently resides in Lillestrøm, Norway in a professional house, with his associate, Kyrre M. Kalseth, and both of Kyrre's twin brothers, Arlid M. Kalseth and Tord M. Kalseth.
