Ayilyam Thirunal

Ayilyam Thirunal Rama Varma (1831-1880) was the King of Travancore during 1860-1880. He Succeeded his uncle Uthram thirunal Marthanda Varma II.

He born on 14th March 1832 to Rani Gouri Rukmani Bai, Senior Rani of Attingal. He was invested as heir apparent with the title of Eliya Raja in 1847 and ascended the throne of on 7th September 1860.
