AWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship

The AWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship is a championship contested for in the Japanese professional wrestling promotion Pro Wrestling ZERO1-MAX.
The championship was known as the NWA/UPW/ZERO-ONE International Junior Heavyweight Championship from its inception until ZERO-ONE left the NWA on October 31, 2004 and changed its name to Pro Wrestling ZERO1-MAX. Following this, the title became known as the ZERO-ONE/UPW/WORLD-1 International Junior Heavyweight Championship until ZERO1-MAX joined the American Wrestling Association on February 28, 2005, when it became simply the ZERO1-MAX International Junior Heavyweight Championship. It obtained its current name following the 2006 "Tenka-Ichi" Junior tournament, which was won by Minoru Fujita.
