Avlona, Messenia

Avlona (Αυλώνα) is a municipality in Messenia, Greece. Population 2,626 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Sidirokastro.
Kalo Nero {in Greek Καλό Νερό} is the village which attracts many tourists from all over the world. It has a vast nice beach which expands from Neda River until Kyparissia. In this beach the Sea Turtles Caretta-Caretta laying their eggs in many nests.
In the middle is the complex Irida Resort Apartments.It offers Greek Hospitality a lot of sun and fun.
