Rabbi Avigdor Nebenzahl is the chief rabbi of the Old City of Jerusalem and is also is on the Yeshivat Hakotel staff. He has authored a commentary to the Mishnah Berurah. He is one of Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach's leading disciples.
