[edit] Why?
I don't know why this page, which could have been expanded has been redirected to Leaf peeping. I am going to make it an entry again. jpmck 18:59, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Merge with Clarion,PA
Autumn Leaf Festival(Clarion, PA) should be merged with the entry for the town of Clarion. It would make more sense that way because ALF itself isn't notable enough to have it's own article. Maybe a redirect? BinaryCleric 22:13, 3 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Keep as an Article
Keep ALF is notable...
"The Autumn Leaf Festival is a nine day celebration that draws 750,000 people to the community, and 200,000 come to Clarion on the day of the parade alone."
Three quarter of a million people sounds like something of note to me.
"...makes the Autumn Leaf Festival the LARGEST SMALL TOWN FESTIVAL ON THE EAST COAST AND THE SECOND LARGEST IN THE WORLD!!! The 2001 Autumn Leaf Festival is September 22-30, and it is the 48th Annual Festival."

"Recognized as the “Autumn Leaf Capital of the World,” Clarion is regarded as one of the top outdoor recreational areas in Pennsylvania."

Clarion, PA: Home of the award winning Autumn Leaf Festival.
Keeping it as an article. At most, it probably needs more information. --jpmck 03:06, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] I agree to keep as an article
ALF is a notable event, and the single most distinguishable event for Clarion University as well as the town of Clarion. TehAnonymousOne 04:55, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
