Autonomism can refer to:
- Autonomism, a set of left-wing, socialist movements that first appeared in Italy in the 1970s.
- Autonomism may refer to a relatively right-wing ideology that values the independence of the individual, most notably the right of every individual to own a small piece of tax-free land. It is often associated with state federalism and/or libertarianism.
- Jewish Autonomism may refer to a belief in the need to develop Jewish cultural identity within the diaspora.
