Autoette

The Autoette was a microcar manufactured from 1952 to 1957 by the Long Beach Electric Car Co which later became the Autoette Electric Car Company of Long Beach, California. The two-seat, three-wheeled microcar was electric, powered by 24-volt Sherman Tank turret motors. Models included the "Cruise About", "Electric Expediter" and "Electric Shopper".

The Autoette was used as an early electric wheelchair for the disabled.
