Auto Trader is an automotive sales website and automotive classified magazine in the UK that is owned by the Trader Media Group. It began as a print publication in 1977. It has since expanded beyond the UK and into Ireland, Holland, Italy, and South Africa.
Separate magazines are published by regions, as designated by the company. An advertisement is generally shown in both the magazine and the website. The website allows users to search for private and trade advertisements for used cars by proximity to a UK postcode.
