This is an organ by Austin Organs, Inc. I found this image on the company's web site, specifically on the About Us page.

The picture is of their Opus 2719 organ, which is installed at the Shrine of our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. The organ was given in memory of Reverend Jerzy Popieluszko.
