Austin Villa (Panyu)

Austin Villa (Panyu) is a gated community in Panyu, China. It is located near industrial parks and a short drive to the marine terminal on the Pearl River.

Phase one of consists of row houses near the front of the community. Newer multi storey flats (apartments) are located further in the community. The newest development are three storey detached homes.

In the front entrance is a community centre featuring a restaurant, exercise rooms, badminton court, outdoor pool and meeting rooms. A small retail mall is located next to the centre.

A small farm supplies food to a small restaurant inside the village. Ponds and man-made river contains fish in the central area of the community. Carparks are located near the detached dwellings.

Golf carts are used to shuttle residents from the front gate to their units. External transportation from the community is served by public transit via Panyu Public Transit route # 11. A mass transit station is being built across the street.
