Augustinos Kapodistrias (Greek Αυγουστίνος Καποδίστριας) (17781857) was a Greek soldier and politician.

Augustinos was the younger brother of Ioannis Kapodistrias, first Governor of Greece. After the latter's assassination on October 9, 1831, Augustinos inherited his brother's seat in the governing council, and the office of the Governor. His six-month rule was marked by political instability and the country's slide to anarchy.
