Augustin Ngirabatware is a Rwandan politician who is alleged to have participated in the Rwandan Genocide.

An ethnic Hutu from Gisenyi commune, Ngirabatware was son-in-law to millionaire businessman Félicien Kabuga (also an alleged genocidaire). In 1993, Ngirabatware was one of the 50 original founders of the extremist radio stattion Radio Télévision Libre des Mille Collines. [1]

At the time of the genocide, he was serving Rwandan's Minister of Planning in the government of Juvénal Habyarimana, and was a member of the Gisenyi provincial committee for the MRND party.
