Audree Neva Wilson was the mother of Brian Wilson, Dennis Wilson and Carl Wilson, three of the founding members of The Beach Boys.
Born on 28 September 1917 as Audree Korthof, she was married to Murry Wilson, whom she met at Washington High School, Los Angeles, on 26 March 1938. Audree Wilson died on 1 December 1997. She was the inspiration for the song Good Vibrations. She and Brian were walking home from the market when a dog barked. Audree remarked that the dog must not have gotten good vibrations.
