Atzo Nicolaï (born 22 February 1960 in Delft) is a Dutch politician and the current Minister for Government Reform and Kingdom Relations in the third Balkenende cabinet.
Nicolaï studied law and political science at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. After his graduation in 1987, he was employed by the ministry of Welfare, Health and Culture. In 1998, he became member of parliament for the VVD fraction. In 2002, he became junior minister of European Affairs in the first Balkenende cabinet, a post he continued in the second Balkenende cabinet.
