ATutor

ATutor is an open source, billed as an accessible learning content management system. Therein are implemented add-on modules. One such module is ACollab, which implements a lightweight group collaboration system. Also among the features of Atutor is a detailed documentation.
ATutor is the free open source software, which is used as an aid for the courses. Besides the system can be used to offer completely online courses. This makes the software both content management system and learning management system. We call it as learning content management system. It provides a web site which the instructor can manage the documents, communication activities, examinations etc. The system provides students' trackings to the instructor; the activity logs for each students. Students must be logged in with their user names and passwords for this type of tracking.
The software has a small user base, geographically ranging from Hawaii to Thailand.
