Atlantic Central Football Conference

The Atlantic Central Football Conference (ACFC) is a College Athletic Conference which competes in football only in the NCAA's Division III. Its member teams are located in Delaware, Maryland, New York and Virginia.

Former members include Chowan College (1998-2000), Ferrum College (1998-2000), Greensboro College (1999-2000), Methodist College (1998-2000), and Buffalo State College (2004-2005).

(* Newport News Apprentice School is not a college or university, and is not associated with either the NCAA or the NAIA. However, ever since the school was founded in 1919 it has fielded athletic teams (including football) that compete against small college teams.)
