Meanwhile, Prue gets a job photographing a handsome actor and ends up in the tabloids.

[edit] Enemies
- Dr. Williamson: Ever since Piper miraculously recovered from a deadly terminal disease - Oroya fever ("Awakened") - Dr. Curtis Williamson had been researching an antidote for the same. Whilst injecting chimps with blood samples taken from the sisters, he accidentally injected himself with a complete combination of their bloods, in the process gaining their powers. Realizing his abilities, Dr. Williamson began stealing organs (from criminals) to give to waiting organ transplant patients. Being only a mortal, in the end, he couldn't handle the witch's powers, and they drove him mad.

[edit] Trivia
- The episode's title is most likely a reference to Prue's power Astral Projection, and what the sisters call her when using this power: "Astral Prue." Also, this is because the monkey first seen was the one with Prue’s power.
- Dr. Williamson previously appeared in the episode "Awakened".
- The three monkeys in this episode each cover their eyes, ears and mouths as in the see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil phrase. This is later explored in the episode Sense and Sense Ability.
- In this episode, 'mortals' (including monkeys) are able to gain witches' power via blood transfusion. Demons did not gain witches' power by blood are probably because, either they don't know this method or demons blood repels witches blood.
- Prue gets a new car, a black 2000 BMW X5.
