Asociación Guías Scout del Uruguay

The Asociación Guías Scout del Uruguay (AGSU, Guide Scouts Association of Uruguay) is the national Guiding organization of Uruguay. It serves 66 members (as of 2003). Founded in 1924, the coeducational organization became an associate member of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in 1966.

The association is divided in three section according to age:

  • Brownies - ages 7 to 11
  • Girl Scouts - ages 11 to 15
  • Rangers - ages 15 to 19
