Can anyone help me? I am a 20 year old young man in need of employment. I have a criminal record but am paying my dues for these things. However, I NEED WORK, I can't live right now. Does anyone have help or suggestions on how I can get a job when a criminal background check shows up negative? Will this haunt me forever? How do I get employers to know I have learned my lesson and I need to work to eat? Please help!
