I don't feel strongly about merging or not merging with rta. The two concepts are cognate and closely related, and both articles are very short, so that a comparative discussion is better done in a single article. The situation is similar to Mitra, where we ended up with Mithra vs. Mitra (Vedic): I am not very happy with this either, since the sub-articles seem to have bled the main article to a stub, but at least there is substantial material in each.
