Ashley Elizabeth Velissariou (born January 1989, Sydney) is an Australian triathlete.

At just 16 years old she won gold in the women's under-20 triathlon at the 2005 Australian Sprint Championships in St Kilda, Melbourne. At the end of the swim leg, Velissariou was in 3rd place. After the 20km bicycle, during torrential wind and rain, Velissariou was in 2nd place. In the first kilometre of the run leg, she overtook the leading competitor and powered past to win.
