Ashland Community and Technical College (ACTC), located in Ashland, KY, is one of 16 two-year, open-admissions colleges of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) to offer numerous certificates and associate degrees.

Three campuses encompass the ACTC system.

The College Drive Campus is located near downtown Ashland near 13th Street and is where business, education, hospital-related, and information technology degrees are offered.

The Roberts Drive Campus, located at the southern edge of Ashland, offers several industrial technology degrees. It will ultimately be replaced with the Technology Drive Campus.

The new Technology Drive Campus offers numerous industrial technology degrees that often reflect the job stock in the Ashland region. It is located on the KY 67 (Industrial Parkway) in extreme southern Greenup County.
