Ascham School is a non-denominational, K-12 private school for girls in the suburb of Edgecliff, in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Named after Roger Ascham, tutor to Queen Elizabeth I, Ascham School was founded in 1886 as a private school for girls. Today Ascham has an enrolment of 300 in the Junior school and 600 in the Senior school.

There is no doctrinal teaching but, through music, literature and art, the school introduces the girls to some of the world's major religious beliefs. Ascham is also one of the few schools worldwide to follow the 'Dalton Plan', an educational philosophy which encourages students to become independent learners, to be more organised and to use their time more efficiently.

Ascham is a member of the Association of Heads of Independent Girls' Schools (AHIGS).
