Arzu Celalifer is an Iranian expert on Middle Eastern Studies and Iranian studies. She is acting editor of the Review of International Law and Politics RILP / Uluslararasi Hukuk ve Politika UHP, quarterly journal. Arzu Celalifer works for the Ankara-based research institute, International Strategic Research Organization's Middle Eastern Studies department.

Mrs. Celalifer is columnist of Stratejik Gundem (Strategic Agenda) in Ankara.

She has authored many articles on the region and International Security Studies. She regularly gives interviews to the Iranian and Turkish media. She knows Persian, Turkish and English languages.
