I am requesting that this page be modified. According to the discussion, half the people voted to delete and many of the people who voted to keep wanted the site cleaned up/fixed. Unless you have facts to prove many of these statements you are leaving yourself open to a defamation of character and libel suit. This article makes many bold statements designed to sully reputations. Do you have court documents proving these alleged pending law suits? If so which parties are named?

I understand your position on keeping the article, but simply putting a sign stating that the neutrality of the article is under dispute does not remove you of legal liability. What do you do to verify facts?

I request that you once again consider removing this article (niminate for delation), or at least limiting it to "Haymarket Batle Cats: Former team of the Valley Baseball League North Division (2005). Team folded due to finacial instability."
