This is not "original research"; it is "source-based research", and it is fundamental to writing an encyclopedia. What I am doing is source-based research. I am "collecting and organizing information from existing primary and/or secondary sources". Also, I was not finished. I had a bare outline from the the first sources I was passing through. My next step was to fix some of my wikipedia formatting (this is my first try) pass through the rest of the sources, flesh out the entries, and include a big section of criticisms of the concept. Charge - someone's pet concept I am not the creator of the concept, though I have written a little about it trying to flesh it so that I could understand it better. I created the article to have a central neutral location on the concept, that others could reference real quick to get the gist of what 5GW is, and what might be wrong with the concept.
