I don't see any particular issue with the entry. It does not violate any stated policy, and the areas in which violation blur are similar to numerous other entries, suggesting the precedent is against modifying it. The question of relevance to members seems irrelevant, as Wikipedia does not exist solely for the use of members, and its benefit to non-members seems unquantifiable to those arguing the point. If a reliable statistic showing the articles irrelevance, based on traffic, was provided, I would fully support measures to pare it down.
