Why discount Paulcardan's vote? It's not like he voted elsewhere on the page, and it seems that this is his main account.--SarekOfVulcan 17:18, 3 January 2006 (UTC)

I think that the vote of Paulcardan should not be counted because of a recent history of creating additional Wikipedia accounts for use in votes for page deletion (pages that are related to Democracy & Nature), see: Sockpuppeting - DisposableAccount , Paulcardan, Llbb, Bbll. In my view, Paulcardan should be effectively banned from participating in all votes on articles related to Democracy & Nature. I think it was Jayjg's suggestion that Paulcardan be subjected to a temporary block "to discourage sockpuppeting", but I think a more effective penalty would be to not count Paulcardan's votes. --JWSchmidt 18:15, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
