Hi

Obviously got my first wikipedia artical "wrong" As I am trying to describe a radically new methodology that is very different to CRM, it is somewhat difficult to a, describe it without sounding salesy as it is a sales methodology and b, just trying to describe a different approach to the estabilshed norms in a manner that is acceptable to wikipedia will prove hard. Well, I'm assuming good faith here. You may want to decide to develop a more consistant pitch for your product. You call it "used by sales forces worldwide" in an attempt to establish credibility, then call it a "radically new methodology" that is difficult to describe.
