Article written by the book's author, written in advertorial terms. No evidence of publication reach and "largely eclipsed" by a later self-published work. Just zis Guy you know? 11:37, 11 July 2006 (UTC)

• Merge into the author's other book. This book was reviewed by JAMA and BMJ, among others, and deserves a mention, but being as it was so short in print, there is probably not enough information to create an entire article. - Che Nuevara: ^{Join the Revolution} 12:12, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
