Delete. I realize this page was just created today, but the band is completely non-notable and does not fit the guidelines set forth in WP:NMG. I got 71 Google hits for "the war upstairs" [1]; most (if not all) did not refer to this band. Also, the page was very likely created by the musician himself (see the article's history [2]).
