- Appears to be a delete. If this cartel is really notable, why are there not a bunch of references to it in the media? It sounds like right now it is a theoretical cartel.—Gaff ταλκ 01:55, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
Delete as unverifiable. No Google news references see [1] Less than 10 Google hits for the phrase see [2] and none of them appear to be about this supposed crime syndicate. Capitalistroadster 03:01, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
