[edit] Spam Bully

I was trying to clean this article up when another editor, User:MarkGallagher, deleted it speedily with the comment: "not an encyclopaedia article; arguably a copyvio". The deleted version probably was a copyvio and a bad article; the current one is not. I think it passes WP:CORP by virtue of independent coverage, although I hadn't heard of it before.
