I started to wikify this as part of the wikification drive, but not too long into it I decided that it may be all for naught if the {{verify}} template on the article had merit. However, I was unable to verify any part of this article, so it left me with no choice but to nominate it. Should someone verify it and it survives AfD, then I'll resume my wikification.
