• Weak delete. Still not a real assertion of notability unless the redlinks are notable people;

1. It may be a "new article", but it's not a new user, and the old user was blocked for a time, for, among other things, creating articles on mathematicians while inserting references to their importance in mathematical articles, where that importance was unverified (to User:Yy-bo)
2. The creator was previously banned from the ja wiki and blocked for a period of time here; if it's his article there, it won't be there for long. (to User:ColourBurst).

I doubt that it is the same user. The ja article has been around since 2004, and has seen a lot of different editors. Neier 14:58, 14 September 2006 (UTC)

• Keep per ja wikipedia and 70 books at Amazon.jp -- Given that the en article is less than two days old, I suspect it will gather its sources in due time. Neier 14:58, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
