Zero google matches for 'Ricky Bushaway' was first check for notability, followup was no relevant matches for googling '"Sore losers" comic'. There does not appear to be a wikipedia article for the supposed host comic, additional evidence of non-notability. CHAIRBOY (☎) 16:18, 21 September 2005 (UTC)
