Keep as notable/published author. Wallace H.J. Chang has served as President of the American Association for Hand Surgery, contributes regularly to the American Board of Plastic Surgery board exams, is the inventor of tools for use in carpal tunnel release surgery and a humanitarian who devotes much of his time to operating free of charge in 3rd world countries with established entities such as Operation Smile, Alliance for Smiles, Rotaplast and Northwest Medical Teams International.
