Japanese dicdef that has little hope of ever being expanded. Article hasn't changed since it was created nearly a year ago, and to my knowledge there's little to say about the etymology of the term (pretty straight forward: pot (okama) - anus - gay man) or its use (currently a pejorative in most cases, more or less equivalent to faggot).
