Fails WP:BIO and WP:MUSIC guidelines. Only claims of notability include being part of a non-notable band (no allmusic profile) and directing a non-notable film (which doesn't seem to even have a relevant Imdb page [1]). Also, 31 relevant Google results [2]. Also nominating:

• The Lips
• The Strangers
