Non-notable DJ with only 1,360 GHits, and top among those are Wikipedia and Answers.com. Fails WP:BIO Barely passes WP:BIO. What I mean is, is that via Google he's completely nn, but strictly speaking according to WP:BIO it can be kept. That's why I brought it up on AfD rather than prod or db.
