- Delete per nomination. I don't believe this title is ever likely to be used to access the article. I think that the 'real' title for such an article would be 'Low rolling resistance tire'; this may have been what the author was intending. The current article is also a sub-stub/dictionary definition. All info there and much more available in Rolling friction. - Catbar (Brian Rock) 23:38, 30 October 2005 (UTC)
