The article was added by the purported inventor Christopher Joyce. No trace of either on Google, except a questionable one on http://www.salestraininginc.com/newsletter/2004/may/ (no idea if this is the same "law".) From the way the Wikipedia article is written, I'd say it's most likely a practical joke. But please do correct me if I'm missing something. Travelbird 17:59, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
