- keep Why do we continue to have Afd requests when the subject would clearly be notable if someone id the work. whoever put him in can be asked to do some more, it does not require us to do it personally.

"Secretary General and head of the Higher Council of Scientific Research (CSIC), the main Spanish scientific institution." clearly makes him notable unless someone can prove to me the Higher Council of Scientific Research is not Spain's main scientific institution as claimed. - Mgm|(talk) 12:04, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
