[edit] International Foundation for Civil Liberties
From speedy. It is a marginally notable fund, I have heard its name a few times. Besides it might be involved with Alexander Litvinenko poisoning Alex Bakharev 05:12, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
- Strong Keep - The organization is mentioned by legitimate news sources. [1] [2]. It also has 518+ Google hits [3],some of which are encyclopedias [4]. The organization appears to be quite wealthy and somewhat influential. Let it stay. --Ineffable3000 06:07, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
- Keep, it's no Amnesty International but it easily meets notability. Article should be expanded and sourced. --Dhartung | Talk 07:36, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
