• Weak Keep Needs major cleaning up, but I don't see how it qualifies as OR. -Lhlhlh 18:30, 9 April 2006 (UTC)
• Keep Needs wikification and cleanup (writing is somewhere between OR and POV). The similarity between the author's username and the name of the law firm in the external link leads me to believe that the article was originally created as a promotion for that firm.
