I do not believe that this officer passes our criteria as listed at WP:BIO. We recently deleted an article on one of his fellow officers, who holds the same rank and has a very similar biography, see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Russell F. Roark, III. Rje 15:49, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
